I sure that lead a healthy life style is very important. Why? In my opinion life style fully affects our lives. If we carry a healthy lifestyle, we feel better yourself, look good, we feel happy and active.
Health style are sport, healthy food, sound sleep and avoidance of stress.
As for me, I try to improve my life style. I have refused fast food and aerated water, have aerobics, walk a lot. I have never smoked.
